The Kando Success System

This system was developed by entrepreneur, Rudi Jansen.

There are two elements to this highly successful system.
• The parts of the “Healthy Seagull”
• The “Ladder of Lessons”

It may sound a little odd at this stage, so follow the story and you will understand what it means…

Good, now that you have read the story of the Wizard and the Seagull, you will have a much better understanding of the parts of the Seagull that are about to follow.

A Seagull’s body has 6 parts –

1. One Leg
2. Another Leg
3. One Torso
4. One Wing
5. Another Wing
6. One Head

In a Healthy Seagull, all 6 elements would be healthy and working well together.

So in business – the 6 elements may be represented as follows:

1. Leg 1 – Finances/ Cash Flows/ Cash Forecasts/ Profits… all the numbers stuff
2. Leg 2 – Time and Productivity
3. Torso – Systems (I know this may sound boring at this stage, but bear with us and you will understand how easy this really is)
4. Wing 1 – What happens Before The Sale (you know, all that marketing and sales stuff)
5. Wing 2 – What happens After The Sale (the systematic follow up, asking for referrals, giving discounts to your friends and family… just staying in touch… that kind of stuff)
6. Head – Team

When you get all the above working well in a systemised way within your business – your business will flourish.

As you think about your business right now, I am sure you could easily identify the holes – what is missing - in your business.
What is not quite working so well for you.

And by default – what could we easily and effortlessly put in pace to make it work even better?

Let's Look At The Different Elements

Leg 1

If you have cash flow problems, problems with people who owe you money, or perhaps are not actually making profit on what you are selling
– then there are probably a few things missing in Leg 1 of the Seagull.
And within the Kando Success System we cover everything you may need to put into place in that part of your business.

Leg 2

If you have problems with “I just don’t have enough time in my day to…” then there are probably a few simple things missing from Leg 2 of the Seagull.
Again – these things are covered within the Kando Success System.

Torso

Systems – you know, when you say things like
“I’ve told him 3 times already how to do…” or
“We forgot to ask the customer for…” or
“We did the credit check last time, but we don’t always…”

Again – very easy to figure out and to fix.

Wing 2

“Of course we have a system in place once we’ve made the sale to stay in contact with our customers and to ensure they refer more business to us and to ensure they buy from us more often…”
And of course, if this isn’t working quite as well as you know it should be working, then there may be a few holes in Wing 2 of the Seagull.
Because this wing is the wing which is the absolute Goldmine!!!

Head

“Just can’t find the right people...” or
“They spend all day chatting and taking smoke breaks and tea breaks…”
Yes – there are some holes in your Seagull’s head, so to speak…

Now imagine your business with all the different elements of the seagull working like they should be working.
